really really sad cos my laptop is down!!!!!!!

now i really need a new one… was admiring javius’s macbook pro during lesson today.. so cool man!!

Plus a handphone that doesn’t allow calls to come through sometimes is not really that helpful at all!

Today is one of the rare hour that i can just sit here and blog a bit before my next lesson commences.. there seems to be tons of work on hand and i dunno where to begin..

Pst Mike is amazing!!! really need to pray hard for tomolo though.. not sure how many songs i would need to sing till everyone is ministered! gonna be an exciting meeting tomolo… and i hope i can wake up earlier than usual… really no more $$ to waste on cabs… i took a cab to work and then realised that the student has cancelled his lesson yest..=.=

waiting for my free dinner from nana…

thinking of the new xinwang taiwan cafe!! gosh.. i really miss taiwan.. think the under 25s are going for one trip next month.. really miss the action!

there seems like a million things i want to do but i can’t have it at the same time.. i really want a breakthrough!

i prob have more entries if i stop telling myself i have to upload the photos as well too =b

Kitty really busy

okie my faithful readers are complaining… sorry for the non updates man… i am still catching up on my readings and my assignment which is going to be due next mon!!!

SOT is really sxciting so far.. but i still learning how to stay awake sometimes =b Enjoy the presence of God though.. He helps to make the trip down boon lay worth it!

anyway.. my photo updates are now shifted to facebook and i will be starting my chinese blog for my students .. mainly puting up videos of them and sharing more stuff abt singing and performances..

Kitty in an imperfect world

The imperfect world really scares me sometimes… the fake smiles, and the fact that people bother to act  like they don’t mind while they do  and in the end stabbing you in the back.. just like some weirdo that steps into your life and say they don’t like you…

Judge not or you will be judged…

But it just doesn’t make sense… well… let the truth come to light..

If only they can  hear what xue qian has been going thru in korea. the training is so tough the artistes get beaten up if they sing wrongly.. wow.. while students here get the ‘royal’ treatment… they  even complain if they get scolded for not practicing??!! complaining they are not learning anything is like .. duh??

Like wat Pst M said.. some things are caught.. not taught… esp for the practical side of the lesson.. of course theory if there is doubts.. ask till they are cleared? This subject is so abstract when i first learnt it i literally was stunned and left with many doubts even when i was taught by one of the best instructors ard. I just have to keep applying and observing how isit done..

being in this line so long… there is only one occurence where the student did more research at home and came with doubts so we could do more discussions abt it.. nowadays.. printing own lyrics is even hard???

observing the successful artistes last week made me realise something.. they are did their homework and their talents and dilligence matches up to become who they are…

like wat Jay said.. this place is too safe for people to work hard enough to make it in this industry…. watchng the Brit’s Got Talent finalists  it made me realise the huge diff btw people there and here.. It’s either make it or break it there while most people here have tofu hearts…

This industry is not for the faint hearted..

If this is going to get me down the devil  gotta try harder.

 

Happy Kitty facing IT problems =.=

^_^ Word quota probably going to exceed one blog.. there are like a million thing i can update but i dunno where to begin! I should continue my blogging habit lest i get a blog diarrhoea….haha

The very first happy thing of yesterday is my starbucks  given by BB… it;s been a while since i have that  cos i was trying to save money$$ the last one i had was given by an Angel hehe..

hmm and the next very happy thing is i finally get to strike off my wish list.. i dun need the white creative headphones anymore cos BB got me a skullcandy!!! woohoooo!!!! Better than any other empty promises in the world and the most touching part is it cost like a third of  BB’s pay =.=

ha ha and is also pretty treble which means i can do mixing with it! hee

=.= and now my phone is giving me problems… an angel please bless me with a phone.. preferably blackberry cos everyone is messaging free using the pins!!

and a keyboard =( think CL is getting irritated having to carry the heavy KORG and it’s not mine i kind of worried abt the wear and tear part.. no $$ to pay JJ.. sighz

and as i type this blog the cursor in my laptop keeps moving to random places and  i have to retype…GOD!!!

is this like a joke all the electronic stuff ard me is breaking down……

even my nds can’t read the latest games and i have been trying to fix the prob but to no avail…

need a IT revival…

SOT started! and it’s the 4th day and i am already down with a fever ..hehe

Slept for a while just now and now my brain can’t seem to slow down and rest..

This sat would be our EP launch! wonder how many friends will come and buy…=)

after which we have rehearsals for Laoshi’s concert and now rehearsing for CSS as well!! Finals on the 12th apr which is Easter..sighz…can’t attend i guess

Then we have filming.. then we have sheng shiong next mon…

Na was saying: ‘you really trying to stretch your limits huh…” she was mentioning that the word Capacity really pops out to her this week and i guess it will be a test for every single one of us at SOT..

I am trying very hard to stay awake.. though the ministry times are really good.. Presence of God is strong and memories of mission trip starts to flood back… Singing p n w and hearing the word every single day .. isn’t it just like like in TW ? except after that i get to go shilin ye shi while i have jamming till late nights here =.=

With that thought.. suddenlly it din seem that difficult after all… except till when the assignments start piling..

We get to sign a Code of Conduct which apparently last for a lifetime.. hehe well… I guess it’s all good especially when this period would be a time to tear down all the false walls of denial and let God enter in..

Although PD’s drawing was really amusing but isn’t it so true that sometimes we let Holy Spirit be in us but it’s compartmentalised  till some areas are somehow left untouched even by God.. For He is a gentle spirit which doesn’t want  to impose on us what He wants for us.. I guess i have been escaping some truths but i feel very encouraged that there’s someone behind me encouraging me as well every single day =)

Lee Bros Concert

well, this event will keep me really busy for these 2 months!

really glad to have the opportunity to sing for our beloved teachers and we are going to see the stars up close and personal!! SHOW!!!! hehe

we might be donning stage crew apparels which is the one of the many things i am looking forward too…

well in school now..with twitts is not hard to tell our whereabouts nowadays when we can summarise it in a sentence.. anyway  the windies are working very hard to make sure there is no chemical reactions and that the production will go on smoothly..
